We are now getting into the In-Season plan!
Why Train In-Season: This is the largest training window we have all year. If you want to be performing your best at the end of the season you need to train through its entirety
Goal: Continue to build robust high preforming athletes during the competitive season, while still excelling in skill development and game performance.
Weekly Set Up: We have three training sessions per week with one regeneration day that can be used any day through the week when you’re feeling run down or day after game.
